You may rate the quality of each site, and the average scores will be displayed. A combination of a site's average rating and its number or referrals will determine its ranking in each category.
You may also leave comments regarding your experiences with the sites. Keep in mind that comments should be fair-minded and not harrassing or slanderous, this doesn't mean you can't criticize a site, but please use common sense regarding what is acceptable.
